2. Set up within 24hr

We will let you know when you’re all set up and ready to go (usually on the same working day). We’ll provide you with a unique number you can divert your calls to or even use as your company contact number, with a prefix chosen by you.

How do I sign up?

You’ve decided to join URVO – great choice! You’ll need to decide how many calls you’d need us to answer and select the appropriate package. Once you’ve done that, you need to checkout and answer some details about your company, how you want your calls answered, and where your messages should be sent.

I already have a receptionist. Why should I use URVO?

Many of our existing clients have an in-house receptionist and they choose us to answer their overflow and out-of-hours calls. It’s too easy for a receptionist to miss a call when they’re away from their desk, on holiday, sick or simply on another call, and that’s when your telephone answering team are there to catch any calls that slip through.

I’ve signed up. What happens next?

As soon as you sign up, we receive all the information you’ve submitted. Our team will start working on your account immediately, and we’ll have you up and running in no time, usually on the same working day.

Will I receive a new phone number?

Yes. You’ll get your own unique number, with the prefix chosen by you to suit your business, which can be used as your own. If you already have an existing number then you can simply divert your calls to us whenever you’d like and they will be answered professionally and seamlessly by our team.

How and when do I divert my calls to URVO?

Diverting your calls to URVO is simple. All you need to decide is whether you want to divert all calls, calls if your line is engaged, calls after a certain number of rings, or a combination of these options. We recommend diverting all calls when you’re on holiday, in a meeting or have finished work for the day. For guidelines on how to divert your calls, please contact your phone provider who will be able to help. If you need any further assistance with this, your Account Manager at URVO will be able to talk you through it.

How will I receive my messages?

Your messages will be sent to you instantly via up to two email addresses and/or SMS, depending on your preferences.

What are your hours of service?

URVO operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, giving you year-round peace of mind and meaning your callers will never go to voicemail.

Can I change my monthly package once I sign up?

Yes, with URVO you have the flexibility to change to a different package every month if you want! All you need to do is inform your Account Manager and we will happily make this change for you.

Are all calls answered in the UK?

Yes, all calls are answered in the UK.

What is the notice period?

We don’t tie our customers into lengthy contracts. We’ll be sad to say goodbye, but should you no longer need URVO’s services, all we need is 30 days’ notice.

If my business no longer needs URVO’s service, can I keep my number?

Yes, you are able to port your URVO number if you no longer need our services. However, a small administration charge may apply.

Do you have a referral scheme?

Yes, please get in touch with your account manager who will be able to give you more information about our referral scheme.
